Happy Hour

To alleviate everyone's first fear: this isn't a "church singles event." We're not doing cheesy icebreakers, or trying to speed date. This is not an official Trinity Grace event and not hosted/sponsored by any other church. We are coming together for the following reasons:

1. You are not alone. Sometimes it can feel like you're the last single person left in your parish or that very few others know what you're going through. Not true!

2. Edification and encouragement. We need to talk about all aspects of our lives, not just dating! Come and have intentional, meaningful conversations with people you've never met or haven't had the time to get to know yet.

3. Holy imagination. What does it look like for single men and women to have an identity rooted in Christ, to use the fullest expression of their gifts and talents to serve the church? What do we need from the church, and what do we wish married friends understood? How can we create space for discipleship together, prayer together and support each other?

Anyone is welcome to join us from any parish. You can invite friends from other churches, too! Park Slope member Kerri Evers is tending bar and will have happy hour specials for us.
